SuperMonitor2 is the advanced management software dedicated for CAYIN digital signage network. As the Windows®-based package software, Super Monitor2 assists administrators in monitoring and managing multiple CMS servers and SMP players simultaneously by simply clicking, selecting, and drag-n-drop.

INSTANT MONITORING

Monitoring Live Status of Multimedia Playback
In the Status View, you can monitor the live playback status of each SMP player by checking the current playlist, multimedia files, and
the actual preview of the screen.

Monitoring Player Registration
SuperMonitor2 enables administrators to monitor the progress of player installation. All registered players will be shown under their specified groups in the Group Tree View. You can also add players manually to the unregistered folder in advance, and each player will automatically move to its predefined folder after it gets online and registers to the CMS server.

Enhanced Content Update Management
SuperMonitor2 provides a clear symbol for administrators to distinguish the disconnected CMS servers and SMP players from the normal ones. SuperMonitor2 can even send alert Email to pre-assigned users who will receive notification whenever the status of SMP players is changed.

Instant Alert Mechanism
When any SMP player is disconnected from the CMS server, administrators can notice it immediately on the SuperMonitor2 as the status of SMP player will turn to FAIL and the symbol of that abnormal CMS server will be crossed. SuperMonitor2 can even send an alert Email to pre-assigned users immediately or upon a pre-set schedule so that alert notification can be received whenever the status of SMP player is changed.

Intuitional User Interface for Central Scheduling
In SuperMonitor2, administrators can schedule the following multimedia playback on a drag-n-drop calendar.
SMP-PRO series: video, music, image, ticker, skin, and volume
SMP-WEB series: web playlist, video, volume
All schedules can be presented by monthly or weekly view on the calendar, so that you can instantly have a clear general view of the program arrangement.
CAYIN digital signage solution features high degree of integration. All schedules and playlists configured in SuperMonitor2 will be synchronized to CMS servers automatically and then apply to SMP players in groups.

Flexible Platform for Reorganization
With SuperMonitor2, administrators can easily move SMP players to a different group or a different CMS server by simple drag-n-drop. You can also change the hostname of SMP players or CMS servers in SuperMonitor2 without entering their web-based management interface one by one.

Batch Update of Configurations
Administrators can select one player as the benchmark and synchronize its configurations, such as multimedia playback, local schedule and system settings, to selected players in the same group. Batch update is time-saving and efficient for larger scale player management.

Easy Patch Update and Management
With SuperMonitor2, administrators can update patches more easily and efficiently. First, you upload patches to the selected CMS server and all available patches will be listed on SuperMonitor2 for your choices. After you select a patch, SuperMonitor2 will show two separated lists which distinguish updated players and non-updated ones. You can update this patch to multiple selected players simultaneously.

ENHANCED MAINTENANCE

Trigger Emergency Events
Administrators can trigger emergency events through SuperMonitor2, so that those enabled players will broadcast the pre-configured emergency contents to the public.
